Return and Refund Policy

Return Process
If you’d like to return an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so, without any reason. Returns after that won't be accepted. To start the process, first contact us at support@bennetandharrison.com. Please make sure the items are unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Pack them carefully and use a reliable courier so that the package won't get damaged on the way back to us. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
After we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges
Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem! Just reach out to us at support@bennetandharrison.com with the details of what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process. Bear in mind that you have 30 days from the delivery date to exchange an item and it must be unworn, unwashed and with all the tags still attached.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@bennetandharrison.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please email us at support@bennetandharrison.com with photos of the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, but don't worry, we'll sort it out for you.
